Pls, I recharged my account on this app and over 12hrs now, the amount have not reflected and when I updated the app hoping it could get the error corrected, N400 was deducted from my balance even more sad is that there is no way to contact the developers and make a complain, no phone number, no email.

I feel they are truly scammers... I was charged N400 for NIN verification via as a guest, immediately I made payment the page disappeared. And I contacted the customer care using the WhatsApp number they provided and I was asked to make another payment before I can search for what I don't know.... Why will I make another payment when I have already been charged without getting value for what I paid for?... I think people should simply avoid this App for their own good..

1. We can search nin with phone directly But the name should be use to verify instead of the date of birth. Most reason I use the platform is to check if an enrolee has registered if their nin are not generated after registration and many don't have a definite DOB. 2. Can the platform also be upgraded to be able to search for NIN that are not verified yet too. This is of most concern 3. Thanks for removing charges for NIN that are not found but please can you help cut down on the charges.
