Great product works well however when you purchase a 1 year subscription you expect to get 1 year like every other software program out there. Apparently they must have a horrible billing department or try to rip off there customer's by charging there customers 38 days early and only give them 11 month subscription. Just really bad practice very frustrating and not really upfront when signing up about it.

I have ia little problem I had to uninstall the app, restart my phone an reinstall the app again After I launched the app, the setup wizard asked me to enter my subscription information, but unfortunately, I no longer have it. Can you help me with this?

I'm not able to re-activate my Zonelarm on my mobile phone yet again. Playstore keeps saying "no previous purchases found" Please fix this problem. It's been nearly a year now. Thank you for supporting me to restore the app on my mobile phone. It was easy with tech help but not sure I'll remember the process if it happened again. Maybe the app could just be improved. What I can say is customer service is very good.
