This is mainly a review for the slot booking service! I contacted them when I was looking for a slot for about 2 weeks already, but couldn't secure one. They kindly helped me out, and secured a slot in a much more comfortable time frame, they were prompt with their response, and also seemed to be professional enough about it! Will definitely recommend them! Their app was also useful, I wasn't sure if I was receiving notifications, but looking at the recently booked slots was helpful!

NOTE: This review is for the paid slot booking service, not the app. I used their Personal Assistant service and they delivered exactly what was promised — a visa slot booked within a month. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and they even flagged issues with my account so I could fix them. I don’t think I could have done this alone. Highly recommended!

Excellent is an understatement! Kudos for developing a crowd-sourcing platform to take on the growing number of agents who charge for slot booking. Higher the number of users using this, more the participation, and more people will benefit. I found the desktop version a tad more responsive though. Also, for a fraction of the price paid to an agent you can get timely alerts and notifications. Not only get your own slot but also feel good that you genuinely helped others too.
