FOR CHEFZI PARTNER RESTAURANTS ONLY. This is an internal business app that Chefzi partner restaurants and their staff use to receive and manage their online orders. Chefzi provides every account; there is no public sign-up. Customers do not use this app.

Turn a phone or tablet at the pass into your restaurant's order screen. Every online order arrives instantly, rings until someone handles it, and prints straight to the kitchen.

YOUR RESTAURANT ACCOUNT
Your restaurant must be a Chefzi partner. Chefzi sets up your online ordering website and gives you a login for this app. To become a partner, contact [e-mail] or visit chefzi.co.uk.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Customers order on your restaurant's own website.
2. The order appears in this app straight away and the device rings.
3. You check the items and notes, then accept it in one tap and set a time, or reject it with a reason.
4. The kitchen ticket and receipt print automatically.
5. Mark the order ready when it is done.

WITH THIS APP YOU CAN
• See every order in one view: delivery, collection and table bookings, with filters for new, preparing and ready.
• Get a loud, full-screen alert for new orders that keeps ringing until you accept or reject.
• Read each order's items, sizes, add-ons, customer notes and delivery details at a glance.
• Print kitchen tickets and customer receipts on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi/LAN thermal printers (58 mm and 80 mm), with optional auto-print.
• Edit your menu: dishes, prices, photos, sizes, add-on groups and highlights. Changes go live instantly.
• Mark a dish sold out or hidden with one toggle.
• Pause new orders when the kitchen is busy.
• Search order history and issue refunds.
• Check the end-of-day report: order count, cash and card totals, and your top items.
• Use split view on tablets, with light and dark themes.

BUILT FOR A BUSY KITCHEN
The app reconnects automatically if the connection drops. It rings in the background and with the screen off, and you can adjust the alert volume.
