Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

I think the service is completely fine, but it is unnecessarily difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to: 1. Log into the app 2. After tapping cancel subscription, it took me to a separate browser away from the app 3. Log into this browser 4. It took me to ANOTHER page to login, all of which of course made me verify with my email 5. Hit a tiny cancel button, which then PAUSED my subscription instead of canceling it, so i had to hit cancel again. Fine app, but pay attention to your bills.

The previous version of chegg was better. It tells you how many questions were left to upload. It properly uploads the questions as well and had the option to select the subject. The new version doesn't translate the question properly and there is not option to edit it as well. Overall, a lot of problems and poor performance. Also, receive wrong answers.

Lately won't log me in! It keeps going to a page saying, "All in one study help", then below it gives options like this, Continue with Google, or with Facebook, or with Apple, or with your email. I try to do my email and password but it says a sign in issue occurred. I said that is weird so I even reset my password but it is still not working. I need it asap please fix this!!!! In the last two weeks I have only figured a way around all of it twice. It does it on the app and the internet both!
