What’s new

Cooler boxes: hand off with a photo, pick up by typing the 4-digit box code. Nobody is asked where they are: a lab receiving boxes puts them back on its shelf, everyone else keeps custody, from the phone position. Lab staff see the boxes on the shelf and can hand any of them off, or take over a box someone forgot to hand off. Every transfer records where the phone was, so a box's history shows where it changed hands.
