The e-deposit feature would be really convenient if it actually worked. Extremely frustrating. It goes through the motions, and then fails to make the deposit every time. The latest update has made the app unusable. I can't even log in. I had my account with Bank of America because I wanted a national bank. This bank bought my nearest BoA location so I became a Chemung Canal customer without my consent. Very unhappy.

The app updated on 6/24, and now it's refusing to let me sign in, telling me that it's detecting the use of "automated click programs" that go against its security policy, and now I can't use it. I have absolutely nothing like that on my phone, and the bank app doesn't clarify at all what app is doing that, if any. Thanks. Very convenient. I need the app to do check deposits and now this has thrown every payday out of whack.

This app works fine when I am connected using WiFi, but won't work using my data plan. It just gives me an error with the bank phone number, but nobody at the bank seems to know what the problem is. - edit- I decided to upgrade my review to a 5 star because the new app is improved and functions better than the old version.
