About this app

Keep every expiry date in your household in one place, in both Hijri and Gregorian, completely offline.
Muddah is a personal record-keeping, expiration tracker and reminder tool. It is not affiliated with any government and does not provide legal or immigration advice.

DUAL CALENDAR
Your iqama — your residency permit — expires on a Hijri (Umm al-Qura) date, your passport on a Gregorian one. Muddah shows both together and converts between them, so a reading mistake never costs you a renewal.

ONE TAP WHEN YOU RENEW
Renewed something? Tap once and Muddah works out the new expiry on the calendar that document actually uses. A Hijri year is about 354 days, not 365, so you do not have to count it yourself. Every renewal is kept as history.

DOCUMENT PRESETS
Add iqama, visa, Emirates ID, istimara, Fahes, driving license, passport and health, car or home insurance in a tap. These are the documents an expat family renews in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar.

YOUR WHOLE FAMILY
Track documents for yourself, your spouse, children and household workers. Everything is sorted by what expires next, with a clear status and the exact days remaining. Search, filter by status, and archive what you no longer need.

REMINDERS AND A HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Multi-stage on-device reminders warn you before each expiry, at the time of day you choose. You can hide names from lock-screen notifications. The widget shows what expires next without opening the app.

RENEWAL CHECKLISTS (PRO)
Some renewals need things in order first — Fahes, insurance and traffic fines before istimara. Muddah keeps them as a personal checklist. Always confirm the official requirements with the relevant authority.

SCAN TO A PDF (PRO)
Scan a document to a multi-page PDF and keep it attached to that record. It happens on your device, and the PDF never leaves it.

A one-time Pro purchase (no subscription) unlocks unlimited documents and members, all reminder stages, renewal checklists, multi-page scanning to PDF, and a full backup with import (documents, photos and scans in one ZIP file).

Reminders are delivered on your device by Android and are subject to its limits, so Muddah cannot guarantee every reminder is delivered. Always confirm official dates and requirements with the relevant authority.
