Device shows up but refuses to connect the vast majority of the time. When it does connect the color chooser is sluggish and not very responsive. The app kinda ruins the fun of having the lights. 01/09 Update: Still complete garbage. Still randomly refuses to connect despite detecting the Bluetooth box. Completely ruins the experience of using my underglow lights. I might take them off and go with a different brand. Figure it out folks.

Hi Tim, I am sorry for your bad experience of the APP. Our APP doesn't require going to "setting" page to find the device. Just need to turn on the bluetooth and location. And open the app will connect automatically. Sometimes it's hard to tell in words, you can email/FB us and we can send you a setup video. EMAIL: info@ditrio.com

It needs "A LOT" more pre programed light effects. it is a nice light system and their customer service is great.

I just received my kit installed about a week ago. It worked then it updated and now it just crashes whenever I try to open the app. Smh 😒
