About this app

KeLiu is a mobile timetable workbench designed for individual coaches and teachers.

It's not a complex academic management system, nor is it institutional management software. KeLiu prioritizes daily timetables, helping coaches quickly manage scheduling, booking, student management, and class cancellations.

Suitable for: Swimming instructors, fitness instructors, piano teachers, private tutors, dance teachers, language teachers, and other individual teaching scenarios.

Main Functions:

- Schedule Priority: View course schedules by day, week, and month

- Student Management: Record student phone numbers, tags, notes, and class information

- Course Package Cancellation: Automatically deduct the corresponding course package after a class is completed

- Scheduling Only Mode: Classes can be scheduled and completed even without a course package

- Student Booking: Students can submit booking requests after binding their accounts; courses are generated after coach confirmation

- Rule Reminders: Reminders for low class hours, time conflicts, expired course packages, and incomplete classes

- Student-Side Synchronization: Students can view their schedules, course packages, remaining class hours, and class records

This course flow is suitable for the daily work of individual coaches and does not include payment, marketing, institution management, payroll, or financial functions.
