After being forced to use Optimum for my internet needs, I was so so happy when CCECA had their fiber optics up and running. Since I started using CCECA, I have not had but one issue and that was solved within 2 days. The technicians showed up during the time I scheduled. Anyone that I talked to over the phone was nothing more than kind and helpful. Thank you so much for coming into my area. CCEA you're the best!
