Cherry Smart Mobile App is a tool that allows fruit growers to efficiently record field employees workday efforts and harvest data to maintain detailed traceability, and an organized payroll. This tool is an extension of Cherry Smart desktop.

The Timesheet feature allows managers at the field to record performance from workers after completing their day tasks. This is essential later on for the calculation of payroll.

Check in/Out allows managers to notate start and end times, also it is used to connect a QR code with the employees, making the harvest task more streamlined.

Harvest is a module that accompanies the collection of fruit. After the initial day check in, field managers can scan an employee QR code every time they drop off their fruit collection, keeping track of how many drops each employee had, and also the containers where the fruit was deposited for further processing. This data helps inform the timesheet of given employees efforts to efficiently obtain information for payroll purposes.

Loading and Delivery are two modules that record the containers as they are loaded on a vehicle to be transported to the processing plant. All details from transportation are noted on the Update delivery module.
