unable to enable biometric login. i already tried to enable this option in the setting after login, but this option kept disabled no matter how many times I tried. please check for the bug... (update) It works only after uninstall and reinstall the app. Please remind tech team to pay more attention when performing app upgrade.

awfully slow, every click needs at least 7 seconds to load to the next page

Ever since I installed the app a week ago, I've been unable to log in at all, even though my credentials are correct. The message I'm given is the same: "Check your connection or try again later". However, I'm able to use the website to log in, so I'm certain there's nothing wrong with my connection or credentials. Hoping this can be fixed.
