Refuse to fix their lost connection to the server problem, despite knowing it's a problem for their paying users. They also disguise human players with bots.

The daily puzzles are not really puzzles. After puzzle solved still not clear advantage just because stockfish tells you. Not easy for humans.

The mobile app is very buggy. Several winning games crashed or suddenly returned to main page with no way to rejoin. No chat, and the Draw button is poorly placed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
