Not sure if Chessnut even reads these reviews, since none of them have any official responses from the company, which is disappointing. The first email I sent to them was ignored also, but the 2nd got a response (totally different question however). Some suggestions: - Have an option to keep your phone on all the time (prevent sleep). - Have option to enter PGN details, such as player names, etc. to keep track of games more easily. - Fix BT connection issue that several have already mentioned

app only connects to the board about one out of every four times on my pixel phone, one out of every two times on my pixel tablet. frequent disconnects and crashes. on the pixel phone. it shows a different version number of than firmware on the board then is shown on my pixel tablet. the pixel tablet is probably right. can't change the Wi-Fi network of the board from either device.

Love chestnut air board and the app when it's working. We've been using the board since December 30th, and it's starting to glitch. It either takes a long time to connect or doesn't connect at all, and the lights on the board are no longer working. I've reset the board, and it's still not working. The app itself is glitchy, but overall works ok, just a bit slow. For the price of this board, I'm disappointed.
