I expected better from a company that makes electronic chess boards. if they would spend more time on their app instead offering so many chess boards it would do wonders, because I won't be buying from them again. I can't even see the words in the app. and there is no training. if there is I can't see the words because thte are pushes below the buttons due to the horrible app. it's 2026,if you can't make a universal app then quit

Not sure if Chessnut even reads these reviews, since none of them have any official responses from the company, which is disappointing. The first email I sent to them was ignored also, but the 2nd got a response (totally different question however). Some suggestions: - Have an option to keep your phone on all the time (prevent sleep). - Have option to enter PGN details, such as player names, etc. to keep track of games more easily. - Fix BT connection issue that several have already mentioned

Good eboard horrible app. Use it only to connect to better apps or websites. Bots dont recognize castling. Works on chess sites but not their app. Try to take back after the castle issue and it ignores you. NO I don't slide the pieces. Their goto excuse. The api can cause the board to start flashing lights until you push reset button on the board. D2 Started flashing on Lichess during game.
