The app is always having issues and taking forever to load, if it even stays open. This happened on 2 different phone models, both flagship phones (samsung s25 ultra and pixel 10 XL). I only have 2 touchless washes that are kind of drivable and 1 of them closed for upgrades or something last year. It has been opened for months and months now, but the app still doesn't allow me to use it like before. Worst of all, when I click the contact button on the app, it does nothing. I am cancelling!

I pay each month for the subscription. Now it's saying "Alert: You are attempting to log in with a device that is no longer associated with this account." I've paid and cannot access the app. There is no option to contact support, no website login, and no phone number to call. Someone needs to contact me to fix this otherwise I'm contacting my bank to do a chargeback.

This is getting ridiculous....why dont they fix this???? Been over a month. Have to get a code from clerk to use subscription. Lowered rating... seems like half the time it doesnt work. I wait in line to get wash, the app says activated, but the green light doesnt come on. I have to drive thru and get a code.
