About this app

Chexta Partner is an internal business application that provides Chexta Software Technologies employees with mobile access to the corporate OIM/CRM system.

A user account defined by Chexta is required to use the application. Public registration is not available.

What you can do:

• Businesses — view customer records, access status and license information
• Support requests — track, respond to, and resolve open requests
• Opportunities and offers — track the sales pipeline, update progress
• Contracts and invoices — access documents and payment statuses
• Calendar — view your appointments and reminders
• Push notifications — receive notifications for new requests, SLA alerts, opportunities, and payments on your phone
• Softphone — make customer calls from within the application

Your permissions are exactly the same as your OIM account on the web; you will only see the screens permitted by your role.
