A great little app (quite literally, down to 1x1 in size) for keeping track of the rest of the world. Highly customizable, and yet minimal and to-the-point. Perfect for checking what time it is for my loved ones at a glance ~~~ Just make sure it's a protected app and stored on the phone memory (it's filesize is tiny) to ensure the phone won't stop it working. Almost all updating widgets (clocks, calendars, news) suffer from this problem.
Pros: - One of the best way to keep multi clock on main screen. Cons: - Time do not get updated/refreshed. @Developer: I am using this application from almost 10 days, I could see that time on the widget is not getting refresh. I have to click on widget to open setting and then click on SAVE to refresh time. So you loose 1 START for that.
Fantastic for on the go, global citizens I am a long time user of this app. Since I work with people in various timezones, it has been incredibly useful to be able to create widgets on my home screen so that I can quickly reference what time it is where my colleagues are. When traveling, I don't have to adjust for relative time since the widget will still just display the time in each given zone/city. You can also put the widgets in your dock if you dont want to give up home screen space. I definitely recommend this app.
Works well but times missing This clock is clean, easy to use and overall very good HOWEVER, I wanted this clock to track the time zone in apia samoa (Gmt+13) /(+12 during daylight savings). Samoa is registered on here as SST which is not correct for half the island, which switched over to the western side of the date line in 2012. I tried using Fiji or Auckland time instead but because of daylight savings, +12 is an hour early and +14 is an hour late of the accurate time. The other zones seem fine and there's a whole range of cities
Doesn't update time automatically It's supposed to show real time world clock everytime I look at the widget, while in fact I always have to click on it and press save to update the time. The widget can only show one clock, so if you need to put more than one clocks, you need to put more widgets.
Not a huge fan of having to refresh every time I want an update of the time. I realise that's because of my task killer/app optimisation and I don't think I should have to disable that just to run the clock. Not sure if that's something that can be fixed?
