Why is there no 0 stars rating? When launched simply opens default browser. Does not show the tickets (bar codes) and offers to add to Google wallet (which ultimately fails) or download and launch the app. You know, the one I just downloaded and launched. Love the team, but the app is horrible.

Impossible to use. Try accessing my tickets through the app, it opens a browser window. in that window Ticketmaster tells me to download the Chicago Fire app, cue endless loop. Have needed to get my tickets reissued from the box office for the last 2 months because of this error. what am I supposed to do when the main use for the app (tickets) is permanently broken?

When trying to open my tickets it opens them in the browser instead of the app. The browser then says to use the app to access tickets. And back and forth forever. I need to seek out one of the ticket entry managers every time in order to get into the stadium.
