About this game

Chick Digits is a number puzzle that combines block placement with merging on a compact 5x5 board. Below the grid, a piece appears with either one or two tiles, each showing a number from 1 to 6. If the piece has two tiles, you can tap it to rotate them. A vertical pair becomes horizontal, and a horizontal pair becomes vertical. This rotation mechanic gives you more control over placement.
Your task is to position these pieces on the grid. Once placed, the game checks for groups of three or more identical numbers touching horizontally or vertically. When such a group forms, those tiles merge into one tile with the next higher number. Three 1s become one 2, three 2s become one 3, and so on. Tiles showing 6 do not merge further. Instead, they disappear from the board entirely, clearing space and awarding bonus points. This creates a cycle of placement, merging, and clearing that keeps every move engaging.
The game ends when there is no room on the board for the current piece. Space management is critical on the small 5x5 grid. Sometimes a small merge to clear one cell is better than waiting for a larger opportunity. One wrong placement can fill your board and end your run. Every decision carries weight.
When your run ends, a result screen appears. A hen walks along a dirt path while your points are counted. Her pace reflects your performance. The game includes a local leaderboard so you can track your best scores and measure improvement over time.
