Chicksapp – Laying Hens

PPP Media

About this app

Chicks App is the farm app for laying hen keepers: record laying rate, flock and sales in seconds and see how your flocks are doing at any time – in the barn, in the office or on the road.

Built for farms with larger flocks (roughly 360 hens and up) that want their numbers under control instead of keeping paper slips and spreadsheets.

EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE
• Laying rate, eggs per day and flock in one overview
• Choose any period: today, yesterday, 7, 30, 90 days or 1 year
• "To do today" reminds you of open entries and actions

EVERY GROUP UNDER CONTROL
• Houses and groups with their own colour, housing type and flock size
• Laying rate over time, group comparison, removals and losses
• Record flock changes: new flock, increase or replacement

RECORDED IN SECONDS
• Laying rate by egg size (S, M, L, XL) plus broken and dirty eggs
• Removals, flock changes and actions such as vaccination or house cleaning
• Record and review temperatures
• Entries right in the barn

SALES & EGG BALANCE
• Record sales by channel: farm shop, weekly market, direct sales, restaurants, vending machine
• Egg balance: what was laid, what was sold, what is not yet assigned?

• Export and print for your accountant, advisor or inspections

FOR THE WHOLE FARM
• Several users with their own logins for family and staff
• Reminders and notifications
