About this app

Chief Mobile allows you to receive & map incidents from your 911 dispatch center quickly. A push notification will page your staff when a new active incident occurs. The incident information from the CAD will be available to your personnel with directions and mapping.

CAD information may include information about a problem that a patient is having to assist with the emergency response.

You can also receive messages that are sent out by other personnel. Get notified of open shifts, training, and other announcements instantly.

Was working fine til a few days ago ...now I can't get it to work at all...keeps asking for login info, I've deleted and re-download it 4 times...still doesn't work. Got an email this morning stating the issue was resolved...deleted and reinstalled and still having the same problem... Update...working great now!

App sends 4 messages everytime someone sends one. I've sent this up the food chain to no avail. Is this bug going to be fixed or should i remove the app? thanks for the useless reply. We get it, and we've heard you loud and clear. youre getting paid so it doesnt matter. go back through your reviews. this isnt a new or singular issue. Fix your app, dont blow people off.

nothing like trying to listen to an emergency and have an ad playing over it ......
