App changes periodically it has a feature and then I go back to use the feature and it's gone now I'm not able to communicate with the other families, it's very frustrating. Very unhappy and unsatisfied with this app

I do not like this application nor do I get any of the pictures that the parents send to me & my husband, they don't let you download the pictures, so I don't get to show anyone else these pictures, which in all reality this is something that we have been working very hard to keep in contact with them, but they obviously don't see anything that I say or post! It really does suck, and it has become so very complicated to say the least!:(

App doesn't work most of the time. I have to contact their support team each time I want to upload photos. It won't connect to Google photos. No matter how many times I show it to their support team, they can't seem to figure out why it won't work.
