App doesn't work most of the time. I have to contact their support team each time I want to upload photos. It won't connect to Google photos. No matter how many times I show it to their support team, they can't seem to figure out why it won't work.

Terrible app and terrible program. Giving up my son for adoption was the biggest regret of my life and this app hardly helps me keep in contact with the adoptive parents. They don't respond nor they care to post pictures.

This app sucks. Doesn't do anything but ruin moments you will never get to see again. I'm done trying to contact their tech. I'm reporting them to my state OIG, the federal Oig. And the CPB. AND BBB.
