App was working fine, now for some random reason, my wife and I have stopped getting notifications and we can't get it to turn back on. The option is greyed out and blocked. Unstalled and reinstalled, cleared the catch and all saved data, and Reached out to childpilot, no response. Googled it, no info for it. Also informed our daycare and school as if we are not able to get regular communication all the time through the app, then what's the point.

App is always having some kind of loading issue or showing wrong information. I check my child into school and sometimes it doesn't register. I'll go to check him out in the afternoon and it will say that I checked him in at 4:35. How is that possible when he's been there all day already. Sometimes it makes you scan a QR code sometimes it doesn't. Now it's just not loading at all. A blank white screen. It is so frustrating..

Changing previous review about a potential bug. My issue was account deactivation related as my childcare facility no longer using the app; not a bug. Developer was responsive to my email and got me the info I needed.
