Reset all progress for absolutely no reason. Have been playing for 8 or 9 years and never had a problem before the newer updated version, so I'll give it a 2.

I haven't received the other levels I purchase you guys received the money but I haven't received the levels. I just lost all levels

Update: Great game! Finished it but Enjoyed it so much that l re-installed a few months later it to play again & discovered you updated it! Challenging, attractive, funny & easy-to-see characters & graphics. Love that l can practice without losing lives. (And it does take practice-no hints, you figure it out!) I'm good with that. The "surround" graphics are dope! The update is nice-being able to switch the balls is a neat touch! Thanks!
