Screen Journey helps you understand how you spend time on your phone by turning app activity into a clear, visual timeline.
Review your digital habits, revisit important moments and discover patterns in how you use your apps—all with privacy-focused controls.
Key features:
• Visual timeline – Browse your app activity in an easy-to-understand chronological view.
• Screen-time insights – See usage patterns and understand where your time goes.
• Optional screenshots – Capture periodic screenshots after granting Android’s screen-capture permission.
• On-device privacy protection – OCR and sensitive-content detection run locally on your device.
• Notes and topics – Add context to timeline sessions and organise meaningful activity.
• Optional Cloud AI – Choose whether to send redacted or OCR-derived content for AI-generated titles, descriptions, categories and summaries.
• Google Drive backup – Optionally back up your timeline, notes and topics to your own Google Drive account. Screenshot images are not included in Drive backups.
• Screen Journey Pro – Unlock expanded AI usage and additional premium capabilities.
Your privacy and control:
Screen Journey only captures screenshots after you provide explicit permission. Screenshot images are stored within the app’s private on-device storage and are not included in Google Drive backups. Cloud AI and Google Drive backup are separate, optional features that you can enable or disable in Settings.
You can delete local data from inside the app and request deletion of associated cloud account data through our public account-deletion page.
