This database includes over 10,000 legal documents issued since the founding of the People's Republic of China, encompassing full texts of laws, administrative regulations promulgated by the State Council, judicial interpretations and other judicial documents published by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, as well as departmental rules issued by national ministries such as the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Justice, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the National Health Commission. The content includes the full text of legal documents, their current effective status, and historical changes, accurately displaying the relationship between amendments and the main text of the laws.

Free users can access full texts of laws issued by the National People's Congress and administrative regulations issued by the State Council without registration. Subscription members (38 RMB/year) can access judicial interpretations and departmental rules, using full-text search and quick navigation functions. Professional members (298 RMB/year) can describe questions in natural language, and AI will assist in sorting out relevant legal provisions and providing analytical approaches, displaying relevant legal articles.
