"It is a very beautiful system and I have used it a lot, thank you. As a suggestion, I think it would be good if people who want to order in bulk could order at a group price . Also, regarding the current plastic bag usage, it would be good if you could find other alternatives for things like soap and other items. We buy many packages every time we order; it would be great if you could create a system where we can reuse them

The quality of your products, pricing, and honesty are truly amazing! However, the reason I couldn’t give a full five-star rating is the recent change requiring an OTP every time we log in. It’s become quite tiresome, especially since I’m often the one tasked with placing orders for my family. My mom, sister, and husband don’t use the app, so I usually log in from my phone using their phone numbers to complete our group orders. But now, the constant OTP requests make the process frustrating.

Starting this door to door service is good, your price with a group of people is good too, plus starting this delivery is great but there are things that I came to dislike: first, your delivery time, it lacks time management, it is not delivered on time twice times I ordered. It is very late. Second, when it is delivered, they don't list out items and forget about some items, and in case we are not careful, they don't give some of our items and third the cabbage is not good, so please use green
