Can't get the app to work. All I get in various stages of the ordering process is the spinning wheel, and it always ends minutes later saying that it is unable to process. I know it's the app and not my connection because I can go on the website and order without issue. It's a shame, because I really would like to start earning reward points, but that's only available on the app.

Please don't use this app. As someone who works at chip I can promise you you're better off ordering through our website. The cookies are hardly ever updated on time so you're ordering cookies we don't even have in store anymore, your order doesn't always go through, it says we offer rewards points but we have no way of accepting them in store. Ordered cookies.... They are 30mins late and now the app isn't working. But of course they have already charged my card. Had to call to find out what happened. They said it was a n error. I wouldn't use the app again, I've never had an issue with the Crumbl app.
