Chippie

About this app

Chippie turns a job into a paid invoice without the paperwork. Write the quote on site, send it before you leave, and turn it into a job and then an invoice with a tap.

Built for small trade and field service businesses: carpenters, handymen, arborists, landscapers, and anyone who quotes work and bills for it.

QUOTE ON SITE
Build a quote in front of the customer using your saved line items and prices. Attach photos straight from the camera, dictate the job notes with your voice instead of typing them, and email a branded PDF before you get back in the ute.

ONE FLOW, START TO FINISH
An accepted quote becomes a job. A finished job becomes an invoice. Nothing gets retyped and nothing falls through the cracks.

JOBS AND SCHEDULING
See what is on today, what is on this week, and what is still unscheduled. Tap a job address to open maps and navigate straight to site.

EVERY CLIENT IN ONE PLACE
Each client's quotes, jobs, invoices and history on a single screen. Search by name, address or job.

GET PAID
Send invoices as branded PDFs, track what is paid and what is outstanding, and see what you are owed at a glance.

TAX WITHOUT THE HEADACHE
Set your region once and the rest follows: the right tax on every line, the right currency, and the right wording on every document. Nothing to configure and no formats to remember.

MADE FOR YOUR PHONE
Big targets, no training, and nothing to configure before your first quote. Fingerprint or face unlock locks the app so your business data stays yours. Share any PDF straight to email, messages or your accountant.

KNOW WHAT CHANGED
Notifications tell you when a quote is viewed, accepted or declined, and when an invoice is paid or falls overdue. Each kind has its own channel, so you can mute the ones you do not care about and keep the ones you do.

FOR TEAMS
Add your crew and control what each person can see and do. Send your invoices through to Xero.

Start free with up to 20 jobs a month. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
