Chisel Tide

About this app

Chisel Tide is the field app for technicians who run service routes: pool service, pest control, and other recurring on-site work. It is the companion app to the Chisel Tide platform used by the service company you work for, and it requires an account that your employer creates for you. There is no sign-up inside the app.

YOUR DAY, ALREADY IN ORDER

Open the app and the day's stops are there, in driving order, each with the address, gate and access notes, and what the last visit found. Tap a stop to start the visit; tap through to the next when it's done.

BUILT FOR PLACES WITH NO SIGNAL

Backyards, equipment rooms and rural routes drop service constantly. Every reading, note and photo saves to the phone the moment you enter it, and uploads on its own when the connection comes back. Nothing waits on a spinner, and nothing is lost if you drive out of coverage mid-visit.

RECORD THE WORK AS YOU DO IT

- Chemistry readings on sliders sized for wet hands and bright sun
- Photos and short videos of equipment and finished work
- Separate notes for the office and for the next technician
- Customer signatures on completed work
- Chemicals and parts used, drawn straight from your truck's stock

TRUCK STOCK THAT STAYS HONEST

See what's on the truck, log what you use at each stop, scan a barcode to check items in, and submit a receipt for anything you bought yourself.

THE WHOLE DAY ON A MAP

Every stop plotted, one tap to hand navigation to your maps app, and a way to reorder or re-optimize the route when the day changes.

HISTORY AT THE GATE

Look up any property you have serviced - past readings, notes and photos - so you arrive knowing what happened last time.

TRAINING IN THE APP

Short how-to videos and the full documentation, in the Help tab.

ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Switch the whole app between English and Spanish whenever you like.

Chisel Tide is used by field service companies across the United States. If yours does not use it yet, point them at chiseltide.com.
