The delivery man will ask you to come and get the item to the place where it is convenient for him. Customer service rep asked me to take tuktuk and they will pay for it. They will not follow the address you put in the app saying it is far from them when it is just 2 mins away from where the driver wants to deliver.

1. Delivery is very slow. 2. Put location A when process order and they said in their system see location B, really? 3. Delivery man contact number could not find in network, are u kidding me? 4. Customer service function in app, chat no one reply, so why u add that option? Don't u see App foodpanda? If they put that function they have staffs available chatting online.
