I requestd renewal of Survivorship certificate via your mobile App. I was supposed to receive a call for verification within 7 days. However, after 5 days of silence, I got a notification from you stating some issue with processing of my SR. But the status of my SR on the App shows 'pending'. This is terrible service on your part. And the mobile App is also not user-friendly. What's the point of providing e-verification if eventually aged people like me have to rush to the local office?? đź‘Žđź‘Ž

As soon as I log in to the app, it logs me out by itself. I can't use it. The same happens on the website. I request that it be fixed or that a way to see policy details be provided.

I have received confirmation message regarding acceptance of my term policy. But unable to login into the app! It allows me to enter mobile number/email ID. But no response once after clicking the key "generate OTP".
