It is beyond frustrating, this app is an embarrassment. After entering my mobile number, it just spins forever, never triggering an OTP or the next screen. I have wasted time reinstalling, restarting my device, and switching network modes, but the issue is clearly on your end. Preventing customers from accessing their policies is unacceptable. One star is being generous, it deserves zero for being fundamentally broken. Unusable and disappointing.

what a pathetic app experience. this app does not even log me in. I was able to log in only once and that time also I paid the premium and it doesn't reflect in the system. if you guys are not improving your experience, I will stop my future premiums. in the world of advancements i am surprised that we are still facing a basic issue of logging in.

I made a request for switching of fund on 24.03.2026. Since then it is not reflecting in target fund and its value, showing only in the source fund, due to which I am not able to submit any further fund switch request. While in the log of fund request transaction it is showing transaction successful. Since then I have requested Manager Operation so many times for its solution but of no use. Really now I regret so deeply to buy this policy. Very much disappointing 😞. May like to connect me.
