Very poor service. I have a life onsurance. the app briefly logs me in after putting in OTP and then logs me out. it is an endless loop. I faced similar problem when I tried login from the web. I even mailed to the customer support but to no avail. What makes matters worse that I cannot fetch my details putting the registered mobile number and date of birth. I always have to put in the policy number.

I requestd renewal of Survivorship certificate via your mobile App. I was supposed to receive a call for verification within 7 days. However, after 5 days of silence, I got a notification from you stating some issue with processing of my SR. But the status of my SR on the App shows 'pending'. This is terrible service on your part. And the mobile App is also not user-friendly. What's the point of providing e-verification if eventually aged people like me have to rush to the local office?? 👎👎

As soon as I log in to the app, it logs me out by itself. I can't use it. The same happens on the website. I request that it be fixed or that a way to see policy details be provided.
