Worst experience!! I am completely unable to log in. The app is stuck in a frustrating, never-ending loop: I enter the OTP, the app briefly logs me in, and then immediately force-logs me out, returning to the login screen. This fundamental bug makes the application completely unusable. Please fix this critical flaw. Device: Vivo (Android 11)

The customer service is very poor. I paid for Group Advantage Term Plus insurance on December 1st, but I still haven't received any certificates. I've raised complaints multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but there has been no response or reply.

I have a Term life policy. When I login in the app it doesn't reflect. I have raised complaint multiple times, I received mail stating that the issue is resolved.Its been 3 years but the issue is not resolved yet.
