The app is almost dead. You click it and it 30 Secs to land to the login page. You give your Regd Mobile No. then it sends OTP. after submitting it takes round and round for another 50 Secs to tell you something has gone wrong. This is going on for the Last 5 days.

It is beyond frustrating, this app is an embarrassment. After entering my mobile number, it just spins forever, never triggering an OTP or the next screen. I have wasted time reinstalling, restarting my device, and switching network modes, but the issue is clearly on your end. Preventing customers from accessing their policies is unacceptable. One star is being generous, it deserves zero for being fundamentally broken. Unusable and disappointing.

what a pathetic app experience. this app does not even log me in. I was able to log in only once and that time also I paid the premium and it doesn't reflect in the system. if you guys are not improving your experience, I will stop my future premiums. in the world of advancements i am surprised that we are still facing a basic issue of logging in.
