To use the ChoiceOne Bank app, you must be enrolled as a ChoiceOne Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Horrible for check deposits. Usually it takes several attempts and it can eventually be done (fails to correctly detect the amount and for that you need to take pictues again, and again, BOTH 😮 sides). And sometimes it can't do it at all, you have to take a walk to the bank. Later you'll have to remember why some checks are missing from your envelope.

Bank security should be a priority you would think. Why in the world would you have predictive text enabled while typing in your password? This is not a feature that can be turned off. Apparently choice one does not care. Each time I sign out, I have to go back to sign in screen and use the very first letter and it pulls up my password, click on it then erase it from predictive text, have to do this every time. Such a stupid feature that needs disabled

Choice One Bank is the best Bank I have had the pleasure of doing business with, the staff from the managers to the tellers is absolutely amazing If you don't like your current bank go and talk to the staff at Choice One Bank, they just might really impress you to switch, if you are military or a Veteran you can open a Freedom checking and saving accounts with no maintenance fees
