To use the ChoiceOne Bank app, you must be enrolled as a ChoiceOne Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

last update removed pin security. I want that back. I don't want to be forced to type in username and password every time I want to open the app. nor do I want to be forced to use my fingerprint. I like my phone unlocked!!!

The new update to "security features" is terrible. One app should not determine how many hoops I have to jump through to open my phone.

This application is fine for doing most banking. It is nice to have a chat section built into the program. Overall, it is difficult at times to understand which account transactions are being withdrawn.
