This App was supposed to help during this time to avoid going out to make payments or deposits but it is the worst app I ever used. You take the pictures of the checks to make deposit and it keeps saying that the picture is not proper taken over and over anf over. You can se the pucture that you took and it is perfectly fine. It is just trash.

By far the worst customer service I have EVER tried to get in contact with. All I wanted to know is if the app has mobile deposit. I called the customer service number about 20 times to speak to someone in membership services and the phone rings for 10 min before I get upset and hang up. No reason I should have to go thru this just to get a yes or no about mobile deposit.

Stay away from the fingerprint sign on it os nothing but trouble. It makes it harder to transfer money. It goes into a security mode. And you end up deleting the app and starting over. It was the same with the old app.
