I have not encountered any problems since I've had this app. I even use the fingerprint ID to sign in. I do have 1 thing that comes up every time I open the app. It says I have an update but when I tried, there was none. Every time I go into the app, it comes up. I just tap on, not now n have no problems from there.

By far the worst customer service I have EVER tried to get in contact with. All I wanted to know is if the app has mobile deposit. I called the customer service number about 20 times to speak to someone in membership services and the phone rings for 10 min before I get upset and hang up. No reason I should have to go thru this just to get a yes or no about mobile deposit.

Not set up so it's easy to understand nor convenient. Pending charges are all over the place, why are they not separate from complete charges like on the website and why are they not deducted since they are pending. This is a mess of a banking app.
