CHOKDEE POS is a point-of-sale system for Thai restaurants, designed for easy staff use during peak hours and providing owners with real-time data visibility from anywhere.

■ Automatic Delivery Order Processing:
Orders from LINE MAN, Grab Food, Shopee Food, and Robinhood are automatically entered into the system and matched with the restaurant's menu, reducing errors and delays during peak order volumes.

■ KDS Kitchen Display:
The kitchen sees orders instantly upon staff placement, categorized as "preparing," "ready to serve," and "served," along with waiting times for each bill. Usable on both tablets and kitchen TVs.

■ Table Layout and Bill Display:
Create bills linked to tables, move tables, merge bills, split bills, and edit items during meals. Instantly see which tables are available, which are occupied, and how long each bill has been active.

■ Self-Ordering via QR Code:
Customers can scan a QR code at their table and order from their mobile phones without needing to download an app. Supports both Thai and English languages. Orders are immediately sent to the kitchen and added to the respective table's bill.

■ Receipt and Order Printing:
Supports thermal printers via LAN/WiFi or USB direct connection to tablets. The POS system's built-in printer is automatically selected by the app, requiring no complex configuration. Kitchen invoices can be separated by food category, e.g., hot kitchen and bar have separate printers.

■ Inventory Management
Link recipes to ingredients; inventory is automatically deducted after sale; view remaining balances, record incoming orders, and view historical ingredient usage reports.

■ Decision-Making Reports
Daily sales reports broken down by product, category, sales channel, and employee, along with reports of cancelled bills, regular customers, and daily sales closing summaries.

■ Multiple Branches in One Account
Store owners can switch between branch data from a single location or view totals for all branches simultaneously. Employees at each branch only see data for their own branch.

■ Legal Taxes and Receipts
Configure VAT to be included in the price or separate, and set up service charges. The system stores the tax rate of each bill at closing time, so past receipts do not change with new settings.

■ Compatible with Existing Store Devices
Supports both Android tablets and mobile phones. Employees can log in with their own accounts and lock their screen with a PIN. A limit is placed on the number of devices per account for security reasons.
