About this app

Order Bridge automatically connects delivery orders to the CHOKDEE POS system.

For restaurants already using CHOKDEE POS, install it on the device you use to receive delivery orders. When an order comes in, the app will read the details from the delivery merchant app screen you have open and send them to the POS automatically. Staff no longer need to manually type orders.

Accessibility Permissions:

This app uses Android access permissions to read text displayed on the screens of only four delivery merchant apps:
• LINE MAN (Wongnai Merchant)
• Grab Merchant
• Shopee Food Merchant
• Robinhood Merchant

The operating system is configured to send data only from these four apps. The app does not read the screens of other apps on the device.

What this app does NOT do:

• Does not record keystrokes, passwords, or card information.
• Does not capture screenshots.
• Does not press buttons or control other apps for you; it only reads.
• Does not send data to third parties; it only sends data to your restaurant's CHOKDEE POS server.

The app will always display a statement and request your consent before enabling this permission. You can disable this permission at any time in Settings > Accessibility.

Features:

• Read order number, customer name, menu items, options, notes, and price.
• Automatically match items to the menu in CHOKDEE POS.
• Notify you when a new order is placed.
• Keep the queue for re-ordering even if the internet connection is lost.

Requirements:

A CHOKDEE POS account is required. Accounts are created by the service provider only; no in-app registration is required.
