Overpriced, inconsistent, and always takes at least 2 hours. The menus are incomplete, and some restaurants listed don't allow them to deliver. I have placed several orders just to find out an hour later that it was canceled and I didn't get a refund. If you have any other options to get food, use the other options. I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Delivery to base is a fantastic idea, but chowcall executed it horribly. Someone, please steal their idea and do it better.

Overall my experience with this app has been horrible. I installed it with the hope of placing an order that could be delivered to me on base and brought to my door, as I'm pregnant and do not have access to a vehicle right now. There is no accountability or contact with the driver as mine was shown sitting at the exchange for 5 minutes, the tracking also malfunctions. I am unable to see where my order is as the map cuts out. I was also overcharged by $20.

What you may have been seeing is the pending transaction instead of the final transaction which can seem like we're overcharging you. They've been unreliable many times. Food often arrives an hour late (food is still hot and delicious, though). Also, lately they've been canceling orders an hour after I've placed them. The restaurants that were shown to be available when I ordered are now unavailable. Why? It's a Friday afternoon, services are SUPPOSED to be from 10am-10pm, so why don't they have ANY drivers at 5pm?? There is no severe weather here (Hampton). This has happened on multiple occasions, and it's getting ridiculous.
