If you order through this app , they give you a discount. Even if you order just 1 item, they deliver it. They don't charge for delivery. The food is pretty good and budgeted decently compared to similar restraunts. Throughout the year they organize different food festivals , currently Duck festival is on. I order from here atleast once a month. I have been doing that for the last few years. Food packaging for delivery is also good. Give it try hopefully you will enjoy it. (Que Sera, Sera)

The app has issues where it forces you to give access to location. Ideally it should just allow the user to type the address also. The app is created to have a control on the pathetic service delivery which they have. They delay the order by 25 mins minimum for 7.5KM distance. Their support feature on the app has both Chat and Call. Chat no one replies even after 30 mins. Call - you need to try multiple times to get through but after you get someone on the otherside, they talk rudely

Chowman used to be a good restaurant. Not any more. I was happy to receive follow-up calls and share my experience after each order. Hundreds of orders. Unfortunately, very recently, the entire process proved to be utterly futile. Despite informing that we received bad and insufficient food (10-15 grams of meat in one portion of a pork dish), no corrective action was taken. Goodbye to the hundreds of minutes of personal time I spent, attending their follow-up calls.
