Safety & Security of India's Private Sector Banks
We do multiple verification checks to authenticate the user starting with mobile verifying the number through OTP.
We also use Sim Binding to prevent fraud. This is mandatory to enter the banking section

This is how sim binding happens when the user tries to open the banking section.
1. Backend generates a code for the particular mobile number used during OTP verification.
2. The app then sends the sms from the device to our number.
3. Backend verifies the code and mobile number of the user.
4. If verified we allow the user to proceed. If not we stop him from entering the banking section.

Loans have a repayment tenure ranging from 1 to 5 years. Depending on individual’s profile & the lender, the APR of a loan may vary from 17% - 32%

For example, on a business loan of ₹ 3.5 lakh @ interest rate of 30% & repayment tenure of 2 years, the EMI will be ₹19570/-. Total payout here would be:
• Principal Amount: ₹350000/-
• Interest (@30%): ₹119665/-
• Processing Fees (@2%): ₹7000/-
• Documentation charges + GST (0.3%+GST): ₹1239/-
• Other charges(0.2%+ GST) : ₹826/-
• Total cost of the loan: ₹478730/-

Biggest mistake of my life. Once I installed I keep getting unnecessarily calls all the time. It's say no spam but there's option to opt of calls either. If you inform the agent to put you on the no call list, it doesn't work. Either they don't have the ability or don't do it. Horrible app and user experience. Trying to figure out how to get my number deleted. Update : they reached out and promised they won't call. But unless the feature to enable dnd is there it's still a horrible exp.

I've been using Chqbook NSDL account for six months, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. For the past eight days, I've been unable to send money from my account. Despite reaching out to their helpline multiple times, the issue remains unresolved, leaving my money stuck. This lack of timely support is disheartening and has significantly impacted my confidence in the app's reliability. Hope for a swift resolution.

most horrible app I've ever seen... whenever i try to set my mpin the screen goes blank and not proceeding further I've tried to set my mpin with other devices but still the problem is same and unresolved... they don't have perfect customer support they only mentioned a mail id on their app I've mailed them many times regarding my problem but it's been one month no reply from their side I've researched further and find out their contact number on their website but it's switch off.
