I purchased a number of films from this group over the last number of years. About 6 months ago, I was not able to access my purchases. I have been in conversation back and forth with customer service. I started conversations with them when I noticed the problem last January. At first they were quite responsive, and said they were working on the issue. I checked in once per month, but then I stopped getting replies. I recently spent $16 on long-distance calls to them and still no solution.

Wonderful movies if one is able to watch! I have to agree with all the other comments ... not able to access 'my movies' purchased, which is a loss! When purchasing a rental, screen goes blank and still is blank. The only screen I can access is the 'home' screen. Sent a number of emails, not one reply...service is shocking! I'm Uninstalling! Will try another Christian movie app. Funny though that Netflix app works 100% with all their wordly movies .

The told me they made changes so they no longer have my movie. They put it in my wallet but I will never buy or subcribe to anything they have because there is no guarantee that they will always have the movies. So please go spend your money in vudu or amazon. Not Christian Cinemas. They are definitely not very Christian with what they have done to me. I get business but they could give me a visa gift card or give it back to me in some physical form.
