I had requested a payment plan on a balance owed. I was on WC and they were not paying me so I missed one payment and they sent me a nasty email threatening to send me to collections after missing 1 payment and my balance owed was about 350.00 dollars total after paying 150 (3 payments). They had absolutely no compassion or empathy toward me, even after stating that I barely had money food and was currently surviving on ramen noodles. I hope to never have to use them again.

Whatever update was done, has this app and mycarle app difficult to use. You should have left it alone. I have to spend too much time navigating the app than i did before. And i still can't schedule.

I love the care I have received from Dr. Kresca.
