About this app

Free app for system-independent online time recording for companies, clubs, organizations and private individuals.
Timesaver NFC makes it easy to clock in and out of working hours using an NFC tag (found in most credit cards as well as some other cards).

Introduction timesaver:
- No installation necessary. timesaver just needs to be configured.
- In order to use the mobile application, users must first register or create an account. Registration (including configuration) is only possible via the web interface. Click on Register on the page https://timesaver.ch/app/login/.
- 2 users are free without limits, and during a trial month you can also test and evaluate for free without any user limits.
- The price is calculated based on needs per active user and depending on the period of use
- No additional installation required
- Use the start/stop function of the stopwatch
- Very extensive website (application) with a variety of configuration options
- Working time recording and/or performance recording as well as absences are always up to date and can be recorded regardless of location
- Intuitive operation of the mobile application

Functional scope of timesaver:
- Compliance with national labor laws
- Regional holiday calendars for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria
- Different distribution of roles possible, such as supervisor, employee, external employee of a partner company
- Target and/or flexitime or work schedules can be modified individually for each employee and/or company location
- Absences can be individually configured (holidays, illness, military service, etc.)
- Performance recording for different customers, projects and sub-projects (also possible across companies)
- Working time recording and/or performance recording possible in various ways
- Balance differences of a working day can be automatically distributed across projects
- Hourly rates and personnel codes can be recorded
- Extensive diversity of personal or team evaluations possible in different formats
- Data export to Excel for individual analyses
