Incredibly disappointing I was asked to provide proof of payment for items I received as a gift directly from the owner, not something I ever purchased. Completely illogical and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate that no one took the time to understand the situation or offer a proper solution. Losing a sponsorship partnership over a simple misunderstanding about gift items versus purchased items is truly sad. And as for the “return” part, that's another story. It shows a lack of professionalism

مستوى الخدمة متدني جدا، أكثر من 50 يوم بعد إرسال و اتصالات عديدة يخبرونني فيها أن البضاعة قد ضاعت و أنهم يحاولون العثور عليها. و بعد ذلك كله اتصلوا بي ليخبروني أن البضاعة لم يتم إرسالها و أنه علي دفع ثمن إضافي من أجل الشحن السريع. Très mauvais service, après 50 jours et une douzaine d'appels au service client, on mw dit que le colis n'a pas bougé et que j'ai le "choix" de payer plus du double pour un envoi express. Bravo !

Thieves. Do not EVER use these people to ship ANYTHING. They stole an incredibly rare Balmain jacket from me and then gave me a bunch of nonsense excuses as to why I didn't receive it. If this review is still posted, then I still haven't received my item, don't listen to any BS response they put to this under this post.
