Chronos calculates cook time from the variables that actually matter. Higher altitude lowers the boiling point, so the
clock runs longer. Fridge-cold water needs warming minutes that room-temperature water doesn't. Chicken, duck, and
quail eggs each have their own curves. Chronos accounts for all of it so the minute mark is the right minute mark.

each stage.
