App will randomly close (7-10 times a game) and games will always freeze like it's buffering but internet connection is fine. We watch both the Sox and Blackhawks so have the "all 3 teams" package it's $30 a month which is already a lot but then to have the app mess up as much as what it does, not being able to rewind the games, and the horrible video/sound quality it's infuriating. So when the app closes you can't rewind the game at all to see what you missed.

This app is extremely annoying. if the game has already started, you can't start it from the beginning. It automatically starts in real time and sometimes you can't rewind it. So now you know the score in the 4th ruining the rest of the game. The playback controls are always glitchy. Also the audio levels are always fluctuating. this app is a mess and making me want to cancel my subscription.

Unfortunately, providing zero stars is not an option, but that is how I would rate this app. It's ridiculously expensive for low quality video. This app said that I was out of territory, so it wouldn't stream despite being in when Chicago trying to use it. It often freezes, especially during programming changes. They seem to have released this too soon without actually working the kinks out. Also, they have terrible customer service. Don't waste your money.
