Chubb’s Cyber Alert ® mobile application, for cyber policyholders, provides rapid breach response resources in the event of a cyber incident. With the click of a button, this application provides policyholder(s) access to a live cyber response specialist who can immediately report an incident on behalf of the policyholder and engage a cyber incident response manager to help navigate the response. Once engaged, the manager will investigate the impact of the event, manage any legal or regulatory concerns, and employ the use of additional incident response services as needed. The Cyber Alert mobile application can be used by a single individual or integrated into a corporate incident response plan. It also gives policyholders the ability to monitor key developments of the incident response in one convenient location.
