The Chubb Fire & Security app is a new channel for customers to easily connect with Chubb.

Customers can easily access their maintenance visit history for their fire and security systems and be informed of upcoming visits. With just a few clicks, customers can download or share their work orders, reports and invoices and also contact the appropriate Chubb department.

Customers must contact their primary account holder to request access.

What’s new

As part of this release, the following capabilities have been added or enhanced:
- Global search to enable users to search the whole application by specified criteria
- Menu icons to enable users to easily and seamlessly access various sections of the application
- User management to enable users to add or revoke account access of other users
- Dashboard to enable users to view essential information related to their sites, invoices, work orders, and quotes
