I have the app for safelane and all the permissions are on, yet my driving is not recorded. please help us getting this working. thanks.

The app is slow and buggy for such a premium insurance carrier. When I need it most it does not work, just sits spinning and retrieving my data. This was very frustrating when I recently needed to register our cars and almost had to make another appointment at the DMV except that we had a backup plan with our agent being able to provide it remotely.

Took forever to open (Samsung S8 Android phone)...would not go to final pages in account setup. Uninstalled, reloaded...same results. No prompts, you're on your own. Verified all input was correct. Not impressed. Uninstalled.
