This app is designed specifically for Chubb Personal Risk Services (PRS) clients.

With the Chubb Mobile app, you can view your policy information, manage your account, and do so much more:

Pay your bill quickly and securely, manage your saved payment methods, and enroll in AutoPay
View and sign policy documents, add or replace a vehicle on an existing auto policy, and access auto ID cards
Report a claim, upload and access claim documents, and find your claim adjuster or payment history
Use the Catastrophe Tracker to track major events like hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, tornadoes, enroll in services, access tips, and more
View valuable services that are important to our clients, such as home-fortification products and cyber- and security-related services

Ratings and reviews

Terrible. Both the app and the website never loads. I've watched the wheel turn over and over and never load. Very frustrating! It's to the point of wanting to switch to another reliable insurance company. Premiums are so high and I can't get anyone on the phone nor get on the app. Bad service all together. Unreliable for the money that you pay.

App really really sucks. it just doesn't open any documents. I have to carry around paper copy of auto insurance because it just won't open documents. and add to that my worst interaction with arrogant chubb technical support. it was as if they were doing me a favor by receiving a call.

The app is slow and buggy for such a premium insurance carrier. When I need it most it does not work, just sits spinning and retrieving my data. This was very frustrating when I recently needed to register our cars and almost had to make another appointment at the DMV except that we had a backup plan with our agent being able to provide it remotely.
