🎯 What KidQuest can do

[1] Five ready-made categories — brushing, homework, tidying, reading, exercise
Add the five most common daily habits in one tap. Each category comes with a default name ("Brush teeth," "Do homework," etc.) and a suggested duration, so setting up a mission takes under a minute.

[2] Mission timers with pause
Starting a mission starts the clock. Something comes up? Pause it and pick up later — only active time counts. A push notification fires 5 minutes before the goal and again at the finish, so kids build a real sense of time.

[3] Kid Mode — a screen just for them
A separate mode shows kids only their own missions and rewards. Getting back to parent mode needs a PIN. Kid Mode is completely ad-free, so children can use it worry-free.

[4] Built for siblings
Switch between kids with one tap inside Kid Mode. Even when siblings share a single phone, their data stays completely separate — so one parent can manage every child's habits from a single place.

[5] Rewards — your family's own praise board
Missions earn points. Create family rewards — extra gaming, a snack, movie night, eating out — and let kids ask for what they want. Once approved, points are deducted automatically.

[6] Calendar with after-the-fact approval (Premium)
Forgot to mark yesterday's mission as done? Approve it retroactively from the calendar in one tap — perfect for the nights your child brushed their teeth but forgot to hit "complete."

[7] Weekly insights at a glance (Premium)
See "this week's best day," your current streak, and category breakdowns as clean bar charts. The more data builds up, the clearer your child's habit patterns become.

[8] Friendly competition (optional)
Turn on "Join" in settings to enter shared leaderboards like Brushing Champion or Homework Champion. Kids get a gentle, natural boost of motivation from seeing how others are doing. Only a nickname, character, and score are ever shown — never a real name or photo.

[9] Gentle warnings, not punishments
Log everyday moments — too many snacks, too much screen time — with a single tap. Kid Mode shows them softly, helping kids notice their own behavior without feeling shamed.

[10] Home screen widget
Check today's progress without opening the app — child's name, current streak, and points, right on your home screen. Free includes a widget for one child; Premium lets you add one per child.
